First Post

Well, this is my first post as a blogger. What to talk about.....hmmmm? How about lightning? How can something so beautiful be so scary and sometimes deadly. We had a big, bad storm at our house last night. Winds of 70 mph and lots of rain. The thunder and lightning was awesome! Until.....a bolt of lightning struck about 2 feet or less from our house. Son, Tony, came running out of his room like he'd been shot out of a rocket and husband, Roger, and I were thinking the same thing....what the heck was that?!! No damage, but that was just too close for comfort.
